NATIONAL MANAGER, reporting directly to Board Chairperson.
The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is the primary support organisation in Ireland providing care and support to people diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND), their families and carers. It is a registered charity and has been in existence for 26 years. It has a reputation for providing prompt, practical and relevant responses to the needs of the MND community.
The organisation wishes to recruit a full time NATIONAL MANAGER, reporting to the Board Chairperson and who will have total responsibility for the overall day to day management of the Association and for developing and implementing successful strategies for the future. He/she will have a track record of excellent managerial capabilities, strong financial and budgetary skills and proven experience and ability in fundraising and relationship management. A self starter with a flexible hands-on committed approach and an empathy with the core values of the organisation are essential, whilst experience of the voluntary sector is desirable.
Salary range: €55,000 to €65,000 per annum.
